KODIAC PROJECT
HORUS VISION DEFENSE
Project Kodiac, a Horus Vision Defense initiative, is a major step in strengthening national security and international partnerships. As a key player in the Romanian arms industry, the project aims to produce a minimum of 10,000 M4 weapons per month, with a target of 2,300,000 units in 4-5 years, in compliance with US export licensing legislation.
